Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code or underlying systems of the Services
Build or promote a competing product or service, perform benchmarking, or use the Services for competitive analysis
Resell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise redistribute the Services or provide access to others
Share your login credentials or allow multiple users to access the Services through a single account
Input false or misleading financial data

Helios reserves the right to monitor your use of the Services to ensure compliance with these Terms. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any activity that could result in harm or legal liability.
